- Young people who have lived and worked on the streets deserve the chance to fulfil their potential
- Young people on the streets should have trustworthy, supportive adults around them

Additional information:
“It is no exaggeration to say that being a Trustee has changed my life, giving me a sense of purpose that simply can’t be matched. Knowing that the work we do here in the UK makes such a difference to children living on the streets in Uganda is a feeling like no other, and I know that whatever I do in my life to come, it will be the work I’ve done with S.A.L.V.E. that I will always be most proud of.” Helen Huthwaite
